This website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit/credit cards/paypal, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices are quoted in £ sterling, postage is added at the checkout .
The Products you order will be sent to the address you give at time of placing the order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect we accept no liabilty for your goods if you do not receive them. If you require your order to be sent to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again.
You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like the products sent directly to the recipient we also post worldwide.
Sewandsoaps reserve the right to wait up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
Returns and Refunds
If returning an item, it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to me will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have personalised specifically for you but you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has already been sent for production
- You've had a change of mind when you have recieved an order and a design preview was approved by email/messenger.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us, The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) which is not damaged, faulty or mis-described. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or have ordered an incorrect size.
"Can i change my order?"
Should you need to change anything, email us immediately using this confirmation email, changes can easily be made before we get started if needed but can not be made after we have processed/stitched out your order.
Please remember – CHECK, DOUBLE CHECK and TRIPLE CHECK – the details/font styles etc ... once you have approved a design that we have sent to you via email/messenger this will be the design used for your gift and we want it to be absolutely perfect for you.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We can then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse and or incorrect details given at the time of ordering.
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed on our website or on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

To visitors we offer this pledge: We will not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorised by you to receive your information except as I have disclosed to you in this Privacy Statement
